I'll start with the photography class. I am taking a class from JessicaSprague.com (surprise, surprise) titled "Oh Shoot! Beginning Photography." It is being taught by the great Candice Stringham. She is an amazing photographer and a great teacher!
Our first lesson was about shutter speeds and we were to take two pictures, one using a fast shutter speed and the other using a slow shutter speed. Here are my pics:

Notice the difference?Our second week was about aperture settings. Wow! What fun can this be! Here are my pics:
Notice the background how it is in focus in the first pic and then not in the second. In case you were wondering, this is a picture of a pair of pink goggles and a pink swim cap. Yeah, both assignments were taken while at swim team practices. Gotta make good use of my time while waiting for the kidos!

I just wanted to let you know- you have THE cutest blog! I don't know you, or your cute kids- I just come here to stalk your cute blog. I took the very first photoshop class with you at Jessica's. You and Kari were always such a hoot!

Awesome facelift!!! Did you follow the directions from SMJ? Love how the center column is wider :) Your links in the sidebar are different, too ... like they have the name of the blog and then the link to the most recent post (or how long it has been since someone has posted)!! I obviously need you to come back and help me redo mine - it's desperate!!!

Wow! Is this what you have been doing? It is soooo cute! I do have to say that I can't believe I posted so long ago. YIKES! How did you get it to do that?
