So the chiropractor said my right hip was lower than my left and my right leg was shorter by a half inch than my left. I can't quite make sense of that, but he did some therapy and adjustments. I hurt tons today but went to H2O aerobics anyway and took it easy...had to go cuz I was in the groove of going. It is now almost 5 p.m. and I am finally feeling like I can walk without grimacing. There is an 8:15 a.m. class in the morning and I really want to go. I haven't wanted to do things like this...meaning exercise things...in a long time. Figures I have a hurt back going into this cuz I want to do the spinning class and the pilates!!!!!! Aargghh! (maybe even the adult jazz, hip hop, and tap. Just kidding!)
