Finally...

Wow. It's almost been a month since I last posted. Time got away from me once again. Why is that happening to me so much lately?

Here are the few pictures from December that I meant to post a month ago. :)

This is our dog Fido. I took this picture to e-mail to someone that was thinking about adopting him for Christmas. He is a cute little dog, but likes to nip at you if you get too close. We have some good friends who he loves to nip. They must be his "Bella," and he is "Edward." Their smell must be too irresistible. He has managed to bite everyone of the kids in this family, and the last time he did, four stitches had to be put in. You can see pictures of them here. Sorry Bates family. We do love you, and we really didn't train Fido to attack you. Although in this picture, he is showing some fangs, so you had better watch out. ;) And thanks, Jason, for not mentioning that all of the times your kids have been bitten have been by the same dog. The one you see above. My dog. Although I just spilled the beans on that one.

My bro and sis-in-law have been watching the "Dog Whisperer" so maybe I should ask them to figure out why Fido likes to nip so much.

Oh, and we did end up keeping him. I have yet to determine if that is a good thing.

The next three pictures are of Jayne's preschool Christmas party. Fortunately, since her preschool is in the home of a good friend and not in the public school system, we can call it a "Christmas" party instead of a "Winter" or "Holiday" party. (that so bugs me!!)

Jayne and a few of her buddies singing some carols.

Jayne has melted. They were playing a snowman game where they all had hats and big red bows. Ms. Beckie has a variety of hats, and this is the one Jayne picked. Must be a Harry Potter Snowman. Ok, bad joke, I know.

And this is the famous Ms. Beckie. All of my kids except for Gabe, has had Ms. Beckie for 4-year preschool. She is an awesome teacher, and they have all loved her! Here she is singing some carols with the kids. Behind her is the infamous Kari who is apparently checking out some pics she took. I just hope she didn't snag a picture of me across the room, (that is probably what she is laughing about) and if she did, I hope she deleted it! (hint, hint Kari!)

Jayne and Abram...my little posers. They love to have their picture taken.
They looked too cute to resist, so I snapped a few of them.

I'll bring some of these out for them when they are teenagers and hate each other.

In this one, I managed to coax the "cool" boys to join in with their siblings. They weren't too happy with matching each other, but at least this year I didn't make them wear matching gingerbread pajamas for pictures. I promised Gabe I wouldn't do that to him ever again.

So there you have it. The end of 2008 for this little family. I am very ashamed to say that these are the last of the pictures I took until after Christmas. I did not take one single picture on Christmas Day. Nope. Not one. I don't know why, I just didn't. None taken after 12/21/08. Until 12/27/08. I guess I took a break.
