Cake Pops

What the heck are cake pops, you say? They are little balls of cake and frosting deliciousness dipped in chocolate...

We made over 200 of these this last week for an enrichment meeting. After a few trials and errors, my friend Michelle and I finally figured out the most effective way to get them done.

Below are a few of the "trials and errors."

And here is what they looked like ready to be put on the tables as centerpieces. Yummmy!

This week I get to make some for a baby shower!

I can't take credit for this idea...got it from here.

I can vouch for the fact that these are totally addicting!!! I got to nibble on a few of the "trials" and they are delish :) Completely adorable and unique on top of that! Will definitely be making some next time I host an event ... which will be years from now after this past week ;)

They look yummy and cute. Can I ask, what is frosting? Is it like icing on cakes?
