My own little tradition...poinsettas and a fresh wreath from Costco for the front door and porch (but mostly for me). I was planning on putting the poinsettas (two of them) on either side of the front door, but they were so stinkin' huge that you couldn't get in the door without them being in the way! So, one is on the side thingy as you see in the photo, and the other is in front of the porch next to the sidewalk which you can't see as I didn't put that photo in. Oh yeah, and the delivery sign, just in case Santa needs a little direction.

Tori...don't you just love Costco. I have 2 of the giant poinsetta's too! However, I can't put mine outside (a little too chilly here).
