I have been trying to decide whether or not I should post my weight loss goals on this blog. OF COURSE, I wouldn’t put any numbers on here because that would be humiliating, but if I posted my trials, adjustments, worries, concerns, frustrations, etc., would this help me to attain my goals, or just help to humiliate me further? Hmm…still thinking on this one.
